Homemade Granola & Acai! A bright and delicious bowl to awaken your tastebuds!

Acai and Homemade Granola

Granola Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1/2 cup of sunflower kernels
  • 1/2 cup of flaked almonds
  • 1/4 cup white quinoa (rinsed & drained)
  • 1tbs black chia seeds
  • 1tbs sesame seeds
  • 1tbs honey
  • 1tsp cinnamon

Granola Method

  • Preheat oven to 180
  • Line baking tray with baking paper
  • Toss all ingredients in a bowl
  • Spoon mixture into a thin layer on baking tray
  • Bake for 15 mins (or until lightly toasted)
  • Set aside to cool

Acai Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 400mls coconut water
  • 200gms Acai (pre frozen)

Acai Method

  • Blend acai, coconut water and banana
  • Pour into bowl
  • Add some fresh banana and your homemade granola

NB: You’ll have plenty of leftover granola topping from this recipe. Store in an airtight container for up to 2weeks. Try eating it as a snack!
